Jonathan Fisk

Founder & Lead Consultant

As a career entrepreneur, Jonathan has a proven track record of launching, scaling, and successfully exiting companies across diverse industries and global markets.

He specialises in building businesses that drive growth and capture market share in emerging markets, positioning them to lead and dominate as the market matures. Most recently, he founded a company in the rapidly evolving solar and storage markets, where he leveraged cutting-edge technology and growth strategies to position the business to be acquired by a large, global tech investor.

Jonathan’s expertise spans a broad range of industries, including IT infrastructure, software and web development, engineering, electronics R&D, offshore manufacturing, real estate, and renewable energy. In each of his ventures, the strategic application of technology—whether to create market-leading products, optimise sales and marketing efforts, or enhance operational efficiency—has been a core driver of success.

Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavours, he has served on Advisory Boards in the software and technology sectors and held the role of Director and Vice Chairman at Odyssey House, a leading charity in New South Wales. 


Terry Crawford-Smith

Terry brings more than three decades of leadership experience across global technology, software and services businesses. His career spans Asia Pacific, Japan, Europe and North America, with senior roles in sales, strategic partnerships, business development and operations at companies including BMC Software, IFS, Conga, Apptio and KPMG.

Having led high-growth teams, launched new markets, and helped drive successful business transformations, Terry now works with Crystalliq clients to identify scalable growth strategies, unlock hidden value and prepare technology-driven businesses for a successful future.

He combines financial acumen with deep commercial insight, and his work is underpinned by a strong belief in practical execution, clear communication, and long-term partnership.

Terry’s particular focus and skills are in turbo charging sales and marketing systems to drive profitable growth and performance.

Whilst much of Terry’s career has been focussed on the technology and software markets, his skills are already proven to be transferable across a number of different industries where sales are the lifeblood of a company.



Greg McElroy

Greg brings over 40 years of hands-on experience building, leading, and ultimately exiting a successful trades business in Sydney. As the former owner of Killara and Roseville Plumbing, Greg understands the unique challenges and opportunities faced by trades and service businesses—and what it takes to transform them into high-performing, sale-ready operations.

Now an active coach and mentor, Greg specialises in working with business owners in the trades to unlock growth, build strong teams, and create clear pathways to a profitable and low-stress exit.

He combines deep grassroots experience with a no-nonsense, practical approach that speaks directly to those on the tools and in the trenches.

Greg is also the current President of the Master Plumbers Association of NSW, where he advocates for the trades industry and champions high standards, safety, and opportunity—particularly for the next generation of business owners.
